Wondered if there were any in real life meetups being planned in the Chicago area this fall?

I posted a few months ago about a dream I had about walking into a room full of people from SI. They had name tags with their user names. It was a calm peaceful feeling and everyone was well dressed and beautiful.
I would love to meet some of the people here if it is logistically possible.

I think this used to be a thing before the lockdowns, which is why I was asking.
We are in the Chicago area often.

It was a thing, and we attended and hosted a number of 'g2gs'. It really IS great to walk into a room and know there's no need to hide affairs.
Usually they're announced in F&G.
I believe they will come back as we adjust to the new world of a pandemic of pandemics.
