So sorry you & your H are having so many health issues! I'm a Novid <knocking on wood>, and I credit that to working with DOGS instead of people, and of course, vaccinations.
OMG, I can soooooo sympathize with your H and his kidney stone. I had my first ever kidney stone 2 years ago, and honestly, I thought I was dying! The pain is indescribable. And, the nausea is horrible as well. Mine was 6mm and thankfully, I passed it in about 7 days. The 12mm 
your H has would do me in!!!!! I cannot imagine the pain associated with having one that large, and having TWO at the same time!
