finding an address--reliable service?
Hi,
In the past I used a service that promised to find public records, unlisted addresses, etc. and wasted my money as it as horrible and didn't deliver as promised.
Which services have you found to be good, or does anyone have a subscription that they'd be willing to look up one address for me?

Best sites for background checks?
I see a number of them offering background checks that bring up lawsuits, property records, legal issues, etc. Are any of them legitimate or worth the money? If so, which have people found the most helpful?
