Cell number from 2009
Does anyone know how to find out who a cell number belongs to from 2009? This person was texting my husband during that time and he says it was his female co-worker. Can anyone here help me out or refer me to a PI that won't cost me a huge amount of money? Or am I out of luck since this happened 5 years ago and too much time has passed?
