I need to confront one of my managers about his alleged inappropriate sexting between him and an employee under his supervision using a phone supplied by my business. The manager in question is my nephew and has worked for me for over 10 years. His now ex-girlfriend mentioned discovering the sexting between him and the employee to me and that it has been going on for over 2 years. She discovered it by accident and was obviously upset and angry when she told me, and rightly so.

I have a strong suspicion he may try to deny it and at this point it is a she said/he said situation.

I am concerned about the possibility of a sexual harassment charge if this is going on during company time on a company phone. Plus, I'm appalled at his lack of character.

I'd like to get more information before I meet with him. I know I can view the numbers called on the phone accounts, but is there ever any way to request the text of the messages?

Thank you
