Didn't Get Much

Hello.

Well, I've ran the Dr. Fone free trial version on my husband's android phone. The first 3 times I ran it, it discontinued halfway through. Then I ran it asking only for messages and audio. That time it ran all the way through. However, I have only gotten texts that go back about 2 months. Also, when I click on the gallery or audio, it shows something is there but it won't open it up for me. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas? The information I am looking for goes back to December of 2014. I may be outta luck. Not sure. Don't want to give up trying though if there's some other way I can go about this to get more info.

Opinions on Dr. Fone Please

The texts I am wanting to get back have all been deleted back to December of 2014. Also, the contact has been deleted off phone and the phone has been updated. It is not an Iphone. Has anyone with similar circumstances, actually been able to get back any information? Or am I basically screwed? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Help needed getting deleted texts Please

Is there anyone who might be able to help me figure out how to get deleted texts from my husband's phone? I have a timeline of December 1st 2014 to present. I have the contact name but not the actual phone number. I have my husbands password to get into his phone and later I will have full access to the phone. I am not sure if it is even possible to get this information. Also, I am smart in many areas, but technology is not one of them. Especially current technology. I have been wanting to try and get this info. for a while now and now that I might have a chance to, my heart is beating so fast. Trying not to be too hopeful.
