Employer monitored laptop & iphone?

My WH has a company issued laptop that he doesn't bring home, but I do know due to his constant complaints that his work blocks him looking up gambling sites and any sites that they deem inappropriate.

He also has a company iphone 6.

My question is, would the company be able to monitor what he looks up on the internet on his iphone? Is he using his phone to troll the internet for loose women or does he have another phone or ipad that I don't know about?

Help needed Iphone 6

Hi, My WH has an iphone 6, i know his security pin code but he has always been very cunning and he continually deletes text messages as soon as he reads them. He also deletes text messages that he sends straight away.

The phone is a work phone and they replace them every few months without warning.

If I jailbreak it will the IT guys at his work know and alert him? I would like to install a program like flexispy on it so I can track his whereabouts and read his texts. I don't know his iCloud password, I'm pretty sure he doesn't allow anything to back up to iCloud anyway after the iCloud hacking scandal here in Australia early this year.

His phone backs up to his laptop but that's a work computer and he doesn't bring it home. It's impossible for me to go to his work.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate them. I'm at a loss as to what I can do.
