Recommendations

Not really sure where to put this so if it needs moved please do so mods. Looking for lawyer in Tx or that can practice in Tx that has experience with divorce that involves abused male spouse. Current lawyer seems to be ineffective and showing sympathies for female spouse (not her client). Small town and local,family politics at play. I can give more background if needed. I had at one time asked for men's shelter recommendations and I think it was here that I was given a great link specifically for that state. Sadly it was not utilized at the time but this person is now ready for the information. His children were moved out of state for their safety and to keep them out of the threat of custody battles (they are not her children and were never adopted by her). She is trying to prove he is unfit. He is now homeless - court ordered house to be sold. She has housing he provides by a judge's orders. His assets are all frozen but judge still orders payments to be made. He sold his business prior to all of this and planned on retiring. She is sabotaging his interviews and connections. He is in contempt of court as with no job and assets frozen he can not meet court ordered obligations. She fled for the divorce so has the upper hand and keeps asking for new court dates and "mediation" dragging this out. I don't know Tx law. Advice can go here but PM recommendations or links if that is allowed.

Anyone Willing to Make a Call

I'd like to check a number that was called this weekend and that called repeatedly as well as texted repeatedly on one day only last week. He claims it was some random person from his old job calling to thank him and followed that with he gave them permission to call and ask any questions they may need answered. That doesn't explain why he would initiate a call and talk over an hour this weekend when he is/was the resident expert.

Verizon Help

Is there anyway to search a Verizon email to determine the number that it is attached to or is there someone willing to text(?) / email that address and see if that person would give out their number if they thought they'd get a "friend" out of the deal. This showed up linked to a yahoo account. Not sure how verizon email works

Would Appreciate Help on 2 Things

Can someone make a call to see who answers and whether the caller identifies them self or if it would be a call service for an "escort". Second would be using a female AM account to get a name from a profile. He responds to emails and I can id if I have the email address. I have already used the one I set up to check to see if he was there after the AM dump. That was how I caught on to him still being there after he said he canceled his membership. If this new profile is his he won't respond to mine.

How to

Forward an LG A340 remotely if that is possible without calling the service provider. WHs password is set to only be reset with a text confirmation. I cannot guess the pw to his email account. Help with either please. It is an att address through Yahoo. The service provider for the phone is also att.
