MSpy

I used MSpy on my husband's phone and it works amazingly well. The phone is in my name and I pay for it, so no legality issues. If you have rooted your phone (it provides instructions how to do this), it will capture calls, texts, e-mails, contacts, Snapchat, browser history, FB messages, location, photos, videos, Skype, Tinder, Whatsapp, Hangouts, Instagram, WeChat, etc. With no root, it still provides calls, texts, and location. Also shows the apps installed on the phone. There is a key logger option but it only works if your spouse uses the default keyboard on their phone. If they use any other keyboard, they will notice the difference immediately. Also works on PCs, but I've only used the Android version.

It's great because it installs discreetly (you have to have the phone available to install, and then it gives you the option to make the app invisible). You don't have to touch the phone again after you initially install it - it all syncs to an online portal where you can log in and view the information in real time. Sometimes, if there is a lot of information, it can take up to 24 hours to update. Rarely, though.

Honestly, without this app, I would have never know my husband was still cheating. However, users be warned: It shows on the battery panel as Update and eats battery life. You can tweak settings in the control panel of your online account to reduce battery life impact. You can also change how often you want to grab data from the phone.

I came clean on the app on D-Day #2, when I confronted him with evidence. My husband smartened up and just moved his cheating off of his phone and into his office and work e-mail afterwards (he's military so I have no access to that). But it was perfect until then.
