Help with a number!
Spokeo keeps showing an error. There was a call to WS at 3:40am on 01/06/207. He answered and the call only lasted 2 mins. He was working so it could be work related but he rarely answers numbers he doesn't know and it's not in his contacts. I can't find anything on this number. Anyone have a way other than spokeo that might work?

I figured out the issue with iCloud and Dr Fone.
If the version 10 has been installed on the phone then it prompted the user to set up a two-step verification. This is why I couldn't use WS's Apple ID on teensafe or Dr Fone (the iCloud backup). If you log into Apple.com you can go to manage Apple ID and turn it off. You will need to be on the phone whose Apple ID you are changing because it will alert you and ask you to put in a code it sends you. You will also need access to the rescue e-mail (or just make it your email) because it will send a code that way as well. You'll also want to delete that email to cover your tracks. I hope this helps someone. I've been trying to figure it out for months and just did it with my Apple ID and I was able to get my iCloud backups on Dr Fone.

Can't see phone log
I've noticed that recently Sprint changed their website around and ever since I am unable to view WS's current usage. I can view mine but not his. I'm the secondary account and every time I click on his detailed usage it takes me to mine. Any ideas?

iTunes backup and Dr Fone.
I noticed there was one iTunes back up from November 27th I believe already on the computer (Dr Fone had it listed) but I never backed his phone up and I know he didn't do it. How do you get the phone to back up to iTunes? Does it happen when The phone is plugged into the computer automatically? Can I do it some other way or set up the phone to do it automatically every few weeks?

Help with a phone number
WS has contact with multiple people throughout the day for work so you must imagine it's difficult weeding through contacts and numbers. I found one I thought I had matched to someone but I guess not. I can't find anything through Facebook. There has been several texts and a few phone calls to this number. Can someone with spokeo look it up for me?

Dr Fone
For those that used DR Fone to recover iMessages...did any of the messages come up with things like 7-85BA-403EC10B instead of what the actual message said? There were dozens of messages like that and I'm wondering if it was because they were too old to recover or they were encrypted in some way. The time stamp was there but the messages were dated the day I recovered them. Did anyone else experience this?
