A question for both WS and BS - hysterical bonding - for WS's did you find yourself HB with your BS? And BS's, did you find your WS HB with you? I think both my WS and I are doing this to each other.

Thoughts on Esther Perel and more

I read "The State of Affairs" by Esther Perel a few weeks ago, with the intention of passing it on to my WH to read. I am unsure if it's the right thing to do. I don't know if I'm just being insecure or overly sensitive or if some of the things I read in that book are just bat s*** crazy. All responses are welcome.

Also, for BS's, what are some books that specifically helped YOU in your healing?

Scared

Am I just setting myself up to be a sucker by even thinking about working things out? How do I live the rest of my life with this fear and self doubt? I'm so scared.😞
