I want nothing more than to do these things. I'm 3 weeks out from dday, WW, and my BH doesn't want to hear anything from me, or allow me to touch him. I'm just holding on for the day that he lets me hold him again, holding on to the hope that someday he'll be interested in my remorse and in having conversations about how he feels and what I can do to help him get through it. Right now I'm the only person he won't discuss it with.

There is still plenty you can do. Get a timeline together, with the entire truth of the affair. Everything you can remember, leave nothing out.
Start getting your toolkit together for dealing with difficult feelings in a way that is wholesome instead of destructive.
Keep working on educating yourself about the nature of infidelity and how it impacts the people involved.
Make sure you are completely transparent. Let him know when and where you're going to be and back it up with evidence. Give him all your passwords and access to your devices. Be an open book.
He might not acknowledge anything but he is very likely paying attention to what you do. What you say, that's not worth much right now. What you do is everything.
