We really only do a birthday if they want to have a cake, themselves.
If you want, feel free to give them a cake on here, yourself, if they are not on the general list. There is a help thread on how to post pictures in FAQ.
I don't mind.
But I myself would not do one unless asked. Sometimes people dont like to have them acknowledged for whatever reason. I'd hate to step on toes.
