It’s hard for us to watch tv shows because apparently infidelity is required for most shows.

We were watching The Gilded Age and enjoying it….and it got triggery. But I worked through it and enjoy it.

Anyone enjoying a not triggering show?

Ugh....yes. Usually it doesn't bother me, unless I'm already triggered by running into OW. But, unfortunately for humans, infidelity happens 50% of the time. And, of course, any form of entertainment media having to do with humans relating to each other....does infidelity....and usually badly (in my opinion as a BS).

Honestly, I tried just limiting myself to Disney and kid friendly stuff....still got triggered.

Though....I love/hate Gilded Age. Love to watch it. And, also....they made a whole season's dramatic twist of fate be about a woman walking across the street.

I'm not much of a TV watcher but WH is. In the evening he puts on Andy Griffith, which you'd think is pretty harmless. But last night I felt a bit of sorrow when Barney was hanging out with Juanita at the Diner instead of Thelma Lou and Andy was giving him grief over it.

I can't say I felt especially triggered, more sorrowful. Because not even Mayberry is safe anymore.

My wife and have been watching the series about Bass Reeves, on Paramount. Partly because we have a friend who has a bit part in the show. Also we live in the state where all this went down, so there is that. But this time of year, is when I start watching the Hallmark Channel, to get my fix of Christmas shows. Gotta love the feel goods from those.
