Ugh
I have reason to "teach" algebra for graduate accounting where the person is allowed to use just a standard cheap calculator.
It’s been more than half my relatively long life since it did this sort of thing.
Any tips or tricks when dealing with exponents and lots of parenthesis other than drinking wine and reviewing edited to correct my phone thinking it can

There are tons of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram videos that go over algebra basics these days — I love trying to solve them again. (Engineer here, but moved to sales so don’t do many calculations anymore.)
They are pretty entertaining and a great refresher.

I figured it out without wine
the person asking for help mixed up the sign of the exponent.
All is well
I would rather give up chocolate than solve manually lol
