My ex is just under his name (in case my kids ever saw, though they're adults now), but his icon is Jim Carrey with the marker all over his face, from Liar Liar.

I turned mine simply into her first initial. As soon as I get the house sold, I will drop her completely from contacts and never have anything to do her again.

Shortly after the D was final, the (adult) kids talked me into getting a smartphone so we could play games together because my phone was about to be obsolete. I was required to get a new email for the new phone. We had no reason to stay in touch, so I didn't let him know, but he could, and did, still text. Then, another couple of months and there was a mobile contract issue that required a phone # change. Perfect! Now he didn't get that info either, so no more harassment from him!

My kids are still young so I have to keep XWW name and contact info. I did change her last name to her maiden name (and will change it to her new married name since she’s engaged). Her ringtone is crickets 😂. My kids see it when they call her on my phone. They never asked about it. Once my DD is 18 I will delete this contact. I see no need or desire to interact with this person anymore once I have adult kids.
