As of yesterday infidelity is no longer a crime in New York.
I never knew that it was.
If I had I'd have had my fWW charged for screnwing around on me. Would have saved all kinds of problems.
Me: BH 74. Her: WW 70 Dday over 35 years ago and still feels like yesterday.

FWIW - It's still a felony in Michigan.
Is it possible that I actually do have all the truth now? (haha - how naive was I when I wrote that?}
Married 13 years @ D-Day in 2009. Still hanging in there (maybe by a thread sometimes)

Obviously those changes were made by folks who’ve never been betrayed.
Unbelievable.

Not illegal in Australia either!
I think it’s strange how marriage is legally binding but not really any rules. Just money making from the government really!

Wait. What? I'm a native NY'ER (now living in another state) and never knew this. Neither of the two lawyers I went to for consultation mentioned this to me.
It should be a crime for all the damage it causes but it's so rampant that I doubt the courts could handle it.
A man or woman telling the truth doesn't mind being questioned.
A liar does.
