OMG!!!
So the other day a friend of my mom's on fb (that I am friends with too) posted a pic of her new kitten - a male sphynx cat. I commented on it that he was so cute. I have wanted a nakey cat for as long as I can remember and the kitten pics always hit me right in the feels.
My mom. My crazy mom. I guess she found out in a roundabout way that the lady who had the litter had one little girl left. So my mom bought her for me whaaaaaaaat? I have to drive to Amarillo on Sunday to go get her, but I am finally getting my nakey cat!!! I am so beyond excited right now 
I have decided to name her Nebula after the Marvel character, well also cus the actress that plays her played Amy Pond in Doctor Who (which is one of my favorite shows), and also cus I love nebulas and it's weird (like me) so it seemed to fit.
What a perfect time for it too - monday is my 4 yr dday antiversary, so I won't even be thinking of it this year!

Congratulations! She's adorable.
I miss my boy. Lost him then both dogs and it really hit the entire household.
One thing about sphynx kitties is they crave attention. Like WAY more than otjer cats. They are vocal but my guy didnt meow.
They need special care. No direct sunlight withiut sunscreen. My guy loved to lay in front of the sliding doors and started to turn red. Lotion. My guy would leave a greasy mark where ever he laid. Even with baths. His ears needed lots of cleaning too.
They are more work than a furry cat but man it's sooooo worth it. Enjoy your new baby!

No worries Dragn - I have been wanting a nakey for over 20 years. Believe me, I have done my homework!
Have gotten all the things today - cleaning stuff (special shampoo, ear cleaning stuff, paw cleaning stuff), sweaters, food, fuzzy cat tent, sunscreen, moisturizer, toys, allll the things
Already have her first vet visit scheduled (she's already gotten her first vaccines, I've scheduled her next two).
As for snuggles? yeah, I think I can handle that LOL

My guy hated sweaters! Hated them! Of he was cold we would find him under thr blankets in someone's bed. Usually mine but he'd sneak into the girls room and hide in dds bed.
